Quanta Digital helped Shopback the #1 cashback App to boost their user’s acquisition and increase the customer value during a period of 2 months
ShopBack is the leading cashback reward program available throughout the Asia-Pacific region with more than 5 million members on its platform. It allows online shoppers to receive a small percentage of their purchases on the platform, paid for through merchant affiliate programs.
Shopback wanted to reach new engaged users and diversify their acquisition channels in the Philippines. Their objectives were two-fold: to increase the number of downloads of their mobile app on APP store (both iOS and Android) and to improve ROI on their site. Shopback collaborated with Quanta Digital to reach new users likely to be interested in their service of cashback on different well-known brands.

During 2 months Quanta Digital was running Shopback mobile app acquisition campaign (CPI) on its adnetwork platform.
Creatives: Working on the creatives to reach a maximum of number users and avoid the fatigue, Quanta worked with differents banners for different categories such as electronic, beauty and newborn products, also in the meantime Shopback wanted to target the clients using the 2 biggest eCommerce website in the Philippines SHOPEE and LAZADA.
Quanta Digital was then running a different set of creatives to increase first the volumes of download but also to increase the revenue on Lazada and Shopee. On the banners, 3 things were clear: the category, the eCommerce platform, and the CTA.
Ad Networks: Optimizing our global inventory through our Ad Networks was the best way to help Shopback to get other sources of traffic. After all the creative sizes made Quanta Digital started to display them using all our online display in the Philippines, targeting both IOS and Android users.
The advantage of using an ad network is simple first that helps to reach a new audience but also to work with a cheaper CPI in the long run. While running all our ad networks, Quanta Digital wanted to have the best performance in terms of conversion. Getting high quality installs brought to Shopback to drive a better revenue.
